- Bachelor's degree or Higher in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field
- At least 3-5 years experience focusing on Production planning, Material planning and Inventory management, organization management or production cost reduction
- Posses Interpersonal skill, strong leadership skills, good team player and problem solving skills
- Knowledge in standard system such as ISO/TS16949, ISO 14001, TOM, GMP, HACCP, Just in time system, 5S, MPS, Lean and KANBAN system ,TPM, Cycle time tracking
- Knowledge and understand in production cost reduction concept with ECRS, VB etc.
- Familiar with Productivity Improvement
- Able to work in shift rotation / schedule
- Excellent command of spoken and written English with computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint) / measurement devices
