- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Industry Management or related field
- Good experience in;
a) Warehousing / Inventory especially in Distribution & Logistic Company
b) Inland Transportation business with own fleet
c) Supervisor level especially in Warehouse and Inland Transportation Management at least 5 years
- Experience in setting up warehouse operation process including Warehouse Management system
- Strong leadership, problem solving and managerial skills to guide a team and also in dealing with others both inside & outside the company
- Strong negotiation, presentation and coordination skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Computer back ground in inventory control ERP, MRP and Oracle
