Key Account Manager
(Bangkok) Responsibilities: Head Office
Sales Department
- To work as part of the channel sales team, managing relationships with a number of key accounts in the modern trade industry
- Manage sales and revenue growth for a key account channel across all product categories
- Develop sales strategy for key accounts based on market needs, key account structure, competitive situation and company targets
- To liaise and co-ordinate with internal departments and the company’s network to fulfill customers’ needs
- Negotiate yearly trading terms with all key accounts in line with annual business plan targets and budget
- Monitor and maximize performance of all key accounts
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Economics or related field.
- Minimum 5 years with sales/ marketing/ key account management experience within the FMCG industry
- Track record of success in key account management within the FMCG/ modern trade channel
- The incumbent will be responsible for the sales growth and exhibition of promotion plans for the modern trade channel
- Ability to analyze and executive sales plan
- Experience in a MNC/FMCG environment is the most preferable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to create a successful team to capture new targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the company, its customers and team members
