• Min 5-7 years working experience with 1-2 years involving in food promotion, retail shops or food services would be an added-plus but not necessary

• Keen on promotions, up selling techniques and new ideas to reach both sales and customer satisfaction targets

• Highly service-minded, high tack & courtesy, and able to handle complaints

• Able to work late, flexible hours, and/or over the weekend

• Good command of English

• Critical competencies: persuasive communication, co-ordination, resource management, planning, problem solving and initiative & creativity
