Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or related fields
  • Min. 7 years direct experience from hotel or convention center with proven track records
  • Able to plan, layout control operation and maintain service quality of various styles and sizable banquet functions
  • Highly service-minded and able to handle complaints
  • Natural problem solver, Excellent communication and co-ordination skills operations services
