IT Resource Consulting (IRC) is a Professional IT Services Organization established by a group of IT specialists and Human Resource Consultants to serve the growth and the needs of the IT Industry at large in Thailand by providing them right mix of quality IT manpower (IT Staff Resourcing) at a competitive price for their various IT related projects. Due to our business expansion, we are looking for well-qualified and motivated individual to join this challenging position:
Help Desk Support / Network Engineer (Many positions)
(Bangkok) Responsibilities: 1. Call Management
• Receiving all calls from customers within agreed response time
• Providing solutions to the customers via phone
• Log all the call data to Helpdesk Call Management system
• Isolate the failures for hardware, software, application, operation
• Dispatch calls to appropriate service partner
• Provide remote diagnostic to customer system
2. Problem Management
• Monitor progress of calls
• Escalate calls which will exceed the "Service Level Agreement" criteria
3. Report
• Prepare call log data for Managed Service Report
• Maintenance of Call log data
4. On-site Support
• Provide engineering on-site service
Requirements:
• Thai Nationality only
• Male/Female, 22-26 years of age
• Bachelor degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Sciences or any related fields
• At least 1-3 year experience in service & support IT
• Computer literacy
• Good command of English
• Self motivated, fast learner, able to work under pressure.
