Private Asset Management Supervisor (or senior supervisor)
(Bangkok)

 

Responsibilities:

 
  • Responsible for any accounting and bill paying transactions

  • Cash management and making yearly cash flow plan & asset allocation

  • Find information about investment alternatives i.e. money market, fixed income, LTF & RMF etc.

  • Monitor monthly investment performance from fund manager

  • To be a personal assistant to directors to manage any legal documents and its processes i.e. visa, property tax, insurance, housekeeper’s benefit etc.

  • Suggest for personal tax planning and coordinate for shareholders tax paying

  • Ensure that all important documents are secure and updated
    •  

Requirements:

  • Female, age 30-40 years old

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field

  • Minimum 5 years experiences in field of accounting, finance or personal assistant to director

  • Very good at MS Excel

  • Good command of spoken and written English
    •
