- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ทางด้าน HRM, HRD หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 1 ปีขึ้นไปทางด้าน Training & Development
- มีความรู้เรื่อง Modern HR System and Tools เช่น Competency, Training Needs Analysis และการวางแผนการฝึกอบรมรวมทั้งการติดตามผลและประเมินผลได้
- มีบุคลิกภาพและมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี และสามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ MS.OFFICEได้เป็นอย่างดี
