Responsibilities:

 
  • Train, Coach and feedback to departmental members, helping them attain the necessary skills to fully effective in their role and achieve departmental targets.

  • To identify individuals personal development needs and to advise on the most appropriate solutions.

  • Monitor and record individuals progress towards achievement of agreed areas of personal development and develop a training needs analysis to optimize focused training.

  • Deliver constructive feedback and progress towards the achievement of departmental objectives.

  • Use call-monitoring data to bring real improvements in CSR performance through targeted training and coaching

  • Assist in quarterly reviews by preparing reports on performance and development needs.

  • Undertake regular and progressive personal development to ensure continuous professional development.

Requirements:

  • Male or Female, Age not over 30 Years old, Thai Nationality only

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in HRM, HRD, MBA or other relate field

  • At least 2 years experience in Human Resource Development (to be Trainer), Organization Development

  • Acknowledge with Customer Management or Call Center will be advantage

  • Acknowledge with Telecommunication Business will be advantage

  • Computer literacy (MS Office)

  • Good command of English both written and spoken

  • Good Interpersonal Skills, Hard working, positive thinking, team player and honest
