Assistant Manager - /Investigation and Complaint Handling
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

To manage investigation team ensuring that productivity and efficiency are maintained within department. To liaise with all departments in the company and consult with the lawyer to ensure that Bupa Thailand provides a high quality and efficiency after sales service. Manage team to handle travel claims, investigation, customer complaint, and appeal case. To explain the customer in case of investigation is on process. 

Requirements:

  •  Male/Female, 30 – 40 years of age.
  • Experience on claim operations in assurance business is preferable.
  • Excellent customer service minded.
  • Fluent written and verbal skills in both Thai and English.
  • Good computer knowledge and skills.
