Claim Manager
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

To manage claim team ensuring that productivity and efficiency are maintained within department. To contribute to the management of the medical cost ensuring that our customer receive appropriate high quality care at the right price, and thereby the claims are paid accurately in accordance with the customers contract, provider contracts and claim guideline within agreed turnaround time. To liaise with all departments in the company to ensure that Bupa Thailand provides a high quality and efficient after sales service.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with at least 10 years working experience
  • Very good communication skill both written and spoken Thai and English
  • Good knowledge of insurance operation and process
  • Good computer knowledge and skills
  • Good Presentation and training skills
  • Excellent customer service minded.
  • Analytical skill and logical thinking
  • Problem solving skill and able to work under pressure
  • Open minded with proactive personality
