Tele-sales Manager

Responsibilities:

 
  • To manage, develop and support a team of Telesales Supervisors and Telesales staff

  • To Control and manage day-to-day operations

  • Responsible for ensuring that the team achieve or exceed committed sales targets

  • To monitor sales performance. Responsible for producing and analyzing Telesales Supervisors and team performance reports.

  • Plan and execute incentive programmes to motivate staff

  • Able to deliver and communicate any information to our client

  • Responsible for handling enquiries and complaints when referred on by Telesales Supervisors

  • Responsible for providing feedback to Telesales Supervisors and guiding them on how they can increase revenue.

  • Able to conduct ongoing training and coaching to meet quality requirements

Requirements:

 
  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field

  • Thai Nationality

  • At least 5-7 years telemarketing experience in supervisor or team leader roles in the insurance, banking or consumer product fields.

  • A strong sales driven person who understands drivers to achieve sales success.

  • Strong relationship management, Leadership, Negotiation, Communication Problem Solving, Analytical skills.

  • Proven success in hands-on team management and coaching.

  • Good understanding of call center operations, particularly outbound sales

  • Good English skills
