Assistant Vice President / Marketing & Product Development
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

 
  • Develop marketing strategy, marketing target and communication plan.

  • Product Feature development.

  • Promote short and long term plan to ensure project achievement. Market survey & competitor monitoring..

  • Co-ordinate with sales team, partners, internal departments to gather requirements develop appropriate & competitive products distribution channels

  • Work closely with Actuarial team to drive new product requests to support existing business partners and prospects

  • Market research & Data analysis for support new product initiatives

  • Carry out feasibility study, financial projection, cost-benefit analysis for the activity /projects
  •  

Requirements:

 
  • Male / Female, age 35 - 48 years

  • Bachelor’s – Master’s Degree in Statistics, Marketing, Business Management or related fields.

  • At least 5 years experience of marketing or project development, preferably in Bank Assurance business or related filed.

  • Experience in Insurance business Life or Non-Life minimum 3 years.

  • Strong quantitative, analytical and project management skills

  • Good interpersonal skills, pro-active manner, initiative skill, self-multi tasking skills.

  • Good command of English and computer literacy.
