Service Officer
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

  •  Assist students in reservation of in centre activities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to the centre
  • Meet and greet customers and students as they come in to the centre
  • Speak English at all times and encourage our students to speak English
  • Give advice to our students and act as a liaison between all staff and students

Requirements:

  • Thai nationality, aged between 22 – 33 years
  • Energetic, out-going, friendly and loves to speak English
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Hospitality or Hotel Management
  • Demonstrated intermediate fluency in English (TOEIC score 650+)
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, which could include weekend and evening hours
