Our client is a leading real estate development company producing quality townhouses, single-detached houses and condominiums. The projects of the company are located in all areas, Bangkok and the cities nearby to accommodate people’s need of housing.

Responsibilities:
This position will report direct to EVP of Corporate Service Officer. Have 5 managers report direct to this position
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Age over 45 with initiative and proactive behavior
- Thai Nationality
- Required language(s): English, Thai
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Experienced in HR overall function (HRM & HRD) more than 15 years
- Experienced in Strategic Partnership with line managers is a must
- Experience of work in Construction or Property Development is a plus
- Full-Time positions available.
