China State Construction Engineering Corp Ltd., a leading building contractor in the world, is seeking the qualified expat for the below vacancies in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for construction of high-end apartment building in about 80,000 M2:
MEP Works Coordination Manager
(Ho Chi Minh City) Responsibilities:
- To coordinate among various trade works in respect of MEP design and work with relevant design consultant(s) enabling the MEP works in line with structural and architecture works.
- To monitoring and supervise on preparation and submission of MEP shop-drawings for the approval of consultant engineer in order to timely meet construction requirement at site.
- To strictly supervise and ensure the work done in compliance with the specification.
Requirements:
- Education and qualification B.Sc. of first degree or above in Architect Engineering or Mechanics and Electrics engineering, Highly professional attitude, and
- Experience and knowledge: Minimum 7 years working experience in the applied post of the similar project.
- Being well acquaintance and familiar with design specification/codes and practice prevailing in Singaporean/Malaysian/Australia design consultancy service. Good presentation skills and excellent communicator with the Client (including those from China).
- Required Language: English and Chinese
Skills/Abilities:
- Basic computer literacy and proficient soft program application in working on construction and/or design task, and
- Good team worker. Ability to achieve effective outcomes from challenging situations, and ,
- Physical aptitude to undertake period of prolonged physical effort and to manual handle.
