Our head office is based in Bangkok and we have two branches based in Rayong and Chonburi.
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
(Bangkok)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development and execution of Sales & Marketing strategies of the company. This involves developing necessary policies in sales & marketing teams, building up strategies to achieve targeted sales and relationship management with new and existing clients.
- Manage the overall profitability and productivity of the company by ensuring the performance of direct reports and aligned to company’s objective in order to achieve organizational and business targets.
- Create and manage good client relationships by ensuring a correct balance of customer care, financial health and growth prospects for the company.
- Identify the fast growing segment of the business and position the company’s products and services in these areas to strengthen the company’s position in the market.
- Derived innovative processes to improve operational efficiency and maximize returns for the business.
- Create high rate of sustainable long-term growth by extending current business and identifying areas for expansion
- To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Recognized Degree in Marketing/Business Management or equivalent.
- Possess at least 10 to 15 years of relevant working experience in Sales and Marketing in the heavy equipment replacement parts, hydraulic & industrial hoses industry with excellent sales & marketing track record.
- Possess strong leadership skills, analytical skills and result-oriented.
- Possess excellent presentation, interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills.
- Mature with pleasant disposition and enjoy meeting people.
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines.
