(Kuala Lumpur) Responsibilities:
- As a Inbound Support Representative you will be required to answer inbound phone & email inquiries from customers based in JAPAN and KOREA. You will be expected to help the customers troubleshoot technical issues, as well as provide superior customer service for general inquiries. This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Requirements:
- Customer service or IT related background
- Strong Native JAPANESE or KOREAN communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good understanding on computers including Windows based programs, USB’s and Internet Explorer
- Interest in technology, gaming and entertainment systems
- Willingness to relocate to Malaysia (relocation package included)
- Must enjoy working with different types of people and cultures
- Degree qualified
