Senior Operations Manager - Drilling Waste Management

Job Summary:

In charge of the overall operations of Solids Control & Drilling Waste Management (DWM) in Malaysia. To ensure high level of quality service to the customer, adding value to their operations. The person will be responsible to ensure effective operations of all functions within the Solids Control & Drilling Waste Management department to meet the targets of the company. The position also requires management of resources as well as administrative and technical support to the field.

Detail Job Responsibilities:

To conform to all QHSE requirements in performing daily activities and ensure that all established procedures and standards are complied with.
To coordinate DWM activities throughout the Malaysian Operations (MOPS).
Marketing of DWM and distribution of products.
Develop and implement DWM/Drilling Fluids (DF) integrated package program.
To ensure field operations run smoothly and profitably.
To ensure Quality Technical Services to the client.
Ensure DWM equipment to be properly rigged up at offshore location.
To ensure proper level of warehouse inventory for trouble free running of equipments.
Develop and implement Solid Control & DWM maintenance program.
Preparing of sales reports and relevant figures for monthly forecast and annual budget.
Preparation of all tenders / proposals and ensuring that all required documentation is provided, and that all financial terms are consistent with the customer and the Company needs.
To develop a quality culture of professionalism in Solid Control & DWM personnel.
Responsible for training and development program of DWM personnel in MOPS.
To act as a member of the Company’s ‘Safety & Health Committee’ and actively pursue and participate in all matters related to the health, safety and environment.
Perform any other task that may be required.
